We can’t advise you on the best exercises for the perfect arms or legs, but we can fill you up with lots of motivation! Wherever you are on your fitness journey, whether the beginning, middle or you haven’t even started, we want to encourage you and let you know how amazing you are for even taking this step forwards.
Fitting in exercise amongst having babies, children, school emails, work, cooking, cleaning, food shopping and after school activities is nothing short of a miracle.
We all know that exercise is important when it comes to staying healthy, however, fitting this in on an already near packed schedule feels near impossible. By taking this step to look after you, this will only benefit your children in the years to come.
Having a healthy happy mother leads to healthy happy children.
So, whether you complete 500 steps a day or attend the gym three times a week, we applaud you and will continue to cheer you on from the sidelines.
